Takuma Ishikawa, the founder of Menya Kokoro restaurant, grew his chain to 18 restaurants throughout Japan, including five in Indonesia, one in Thailand, and another in Canada in just four years. In 2014, it was awarded the Best Maze-soba in Japan Award.

Established in May 2018 in Japan, Emma has opened seven outlets in Japan in just over a year due to its soaring popularity. With an endless queue from day one, Emma never fails to deliver top-notch quality soft serve to their customer.

Sundubu is a Korean dish consisting of Tofu and a variety of ingredients cooked in a spicy soup base and served in an earthenware bowl.

High quality buckwheat flour and dried bonito imported from Japan. Soba noodles at Fujisoba are freshly made in the kitchen daily.

Rich broth made from ingredients such as chicken bones, chicken feet, Japanese seaweed and an assortment of vegetables boiled for eight hours to extract their individual essential flavors.

Saba means mackerel, and Sabar is a mackerel bar that serve every dish using the fish. Sabar only uses top quality mackerel from North Pacific Coast Japan to make their various saba-based dishes.
